There’s nothing better than capturing the transition of a family as they welcome a new baby home. Documenting you in your space, loving on your family is so very special. It’s even more special when I’ve had the opportunity to document the the time before baby arrives, as it was with this lovely family (and their maternity session).

I really believe that no matter how “ready” or “put together” you feel or don’t feel after a baby, it’s more than worth it to document that time. You will never get that time back and I guarantee you that you will love to look back at those photos someday with fresh eyes and marvel at the person you were back then. It’s such a gift.

I’m Meredith, a Dallas based family & newborn photographer, mother of three who is passionate about creating images that you’ll love.

Less but better is a constant battle in my life. With so much being thrown at us daily, begging us to add more and more to our lives, I find myself fighting against the urge to purchase yet another thing I don’t actually need. What I really desire is more meaning. I want to fill my home with furniture that’s passed down from my grandparents, memories from our travels, photos of my babies, and handmade heirlooms. I want to take the time to save up for something with meaning versus purchasing a quick fix. I want to add value to my life and home, not clutter.

That’s why I believe so strongly in providing a full service experience, from planning to session to heirloom quality prints and albums. As a busy mother of three myself, I know that you don’t have any extra time in your day, which is why I want to take the load off of you and put the quality straight into your hands – a cherished memento, a timeless piece of art to add to your life.
